How we handle your information

What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, company or organisation, designation, email, phone, website, the type of collaboration, budget range and your message.
• Media kit requests: your name, organisation and email.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit spam and repeated submissions.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics records how pages are used (for example, which buttons are clicked) without identifying you by name.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, send the media kit you asked for, and discuss a possible collaboration. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to the Level Up team through an email service provider and may be stored in a customer-relationship (CRM) tool we use to manage partnerships. These providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting partnership, and then deleted.
