Anona Agarwal is a storyteller at heart, a media professional with nearly a decade of experience, and a National-Level Table Tennis player. An alumna of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), she has worked with leading media organisations including The Times of India, Dainik Bhaskar Group and MX Player. Driven by a passion for human stories and personal growth, she now hosts Level Up with Anona — a podcast where real people share real journeys, offering wisdom on living a healthier, happier, more balanced and successful life. With a unique lens shaped by travel, sports and storytelling, Anona continues to explore how everyday conversations can spark extraordinary change.
